How is cue resale value affected by non-standard lengths?

Will queue for cues

I have changed from 58" cues to 60" cues and, while I don't have any plans to sell any of my cues at this point, how do you folks think non-standard lengths affect the resale value of the cue?

I've sold a couple of 60" cues. Properly advertised, they sell fine but it might take a little longer to sell them. There are always players out there looking for 60" cues and they are not exactly common to find.

I own 4 60" cues. My playing cue (JW with a Predator), my back up is a sneaky pete custom with a Predator set up like my playing cue, a custom Huebler, and an Auerback jump/break cue.

I know what you mean about it taking longer. You would think with the average height increasing there would be more people using longer than standard cues.

I would gladly pay 50 BUCKS for a 57" Balabushka at a ESTATE SALE... Its Short, but Sweet.....
