How is Dale Perry able to make such beautiful inlaid cues & sell them for under $150

Another fantasy to report ....just yesterday I noticed the joint collar on the butt side of my DP cue is loose now. WTF? 1.5 months old and several problems. I have emailed DP we will see what happens.

It is funny that every Dale Perry cue says 1/1, the way I understand it is the words from Dale Perrys mouth are "every cue that is made of wood is a one of a kind, I can build 100 that look just alike and can say that they are 1/1 because there is no two pieces of wood just alike" how ever he does make a true 1/1 but it is not often!

I'd like to see 2 cues that are the same that are 1 of a kind. I have never heard Dale say this. Is this a rumor or fact?

I know of one large cue company that doesn't use their Fact 2nd stamp enough.

Can you guess which one? :D LOL

It is funny that you say that, Bob hired some idiot when moving Meucci from Olive Branch to Sledge MS, But thing are in control now. The factory is in Byhaila and I promise it doesn't happen that often now! I will promise you that that is the words from Dales mouth, that doesn't make him a bad cue maker of a bogus person. I think his cues are beautiful!

Is there such a thing as bad publicity?

The reality is that his market is a lot broader than this forum anyway. AZB, as big as it has grown, is far from the be-all-end-all of pool or pool cues.

Most cue makers are not on this forum, and most cue buyers are not on this forum.

Those facts notwithstanding, this thread is certainly publicity and is certainly easily found with Google. In that regard I default to the old adage "there is no bad publicity".

:D

But is it good advertising or bad?

It has been said No Media Coverage is Bad Media or Good, and every time Mr. Perry’s Cues are mentioned be in good, or bad Mr. Perry get more name recondition.

What his Cue do is hit a Cue Ball, to Sink an Object Ball, and last stop some were on the Pool Table for a Next Shoot.

Before anything a Pool Cue is a Tool, to do a job with. Be it an Artful Tool, or Fancy Tool.

I think Mr. Perry has found his notch in the market, and a marketing tool in e-bay to put his Cues in the hand of pool players.

They are not the 1K, or 1.5K Plane Jane's made by some SWEET TREE Cue Company, they are the alternative to to Pool Player who want an inexpensive America Made Cue.

I personally know THREE People who have DP Cue, one has a Just Awesome Piece of Birdseye on the Forarm. All there owner are very happy with their DP CUES.
