How long is too long?

Purchased a cue on here and it was being shipped from overseas. It's been sitting in Customs for 5 days now. I've got no experience with US Customs so I'm soliciting opinions. When should I start to worry that I may not receive it?
Is there any way to speed up the process?
 
it will be a while the last time friend of mine bought of of those ebay cues from the phillipines it was like 4-5 weeks
 
Mine sat that a few days and then I notice it said it had cleared customs but never gave more tracking info. once it became USPS there was no more info until it showed up. It took me a total of 13-14 days from Singapore.
 
I sent a cue from US to Singapore once and I am thinking it took at least 14 days.

He was nervous, I was nervous, but everything worked out!

Man, that's good to hear. It's been about 10 days since it shipped. It's a pretty helpless feeling not knowing what's going on.

I've been told that 10 inches is too long.

I had no idea that the early christians were cue builders, did paul mention this cue in his letter???......at any rate......2000 + years is entirely too damn long......

I'm not the spelling police.....I just couldn't resist this one... and yes philippians has only one l and two p's......but it was close enough

Good job..I've been corrected..no longer have to worry about spelling errors,aslong as I have you to correct me..."wink"..next you will be kicking my a×× as to punctuation..

Is to short ,to get all worked up..I'll check my schedule on this tomorrow..things are a changin...lol
 
Ordered a cue and case from the UK on the 10th of this month.
Mailed.
Received on the 24th.

The info on the outside of the package gave a value far less than the actual price - Canadian Customs uninterested, didn't inspect, charge inspection fee or the applicable taxes.

Similarly, Seybert's sent me an order, describing it as 'product sample'.

Don't know if U.S. Customs are similarly slack. :D
