I just wanted to say that being able to practice is so hard when you have a full time job. Back in college I would play whenever I wanted at whatever ungodly hour I wanted to. Nowadays the only time I get to practice is on a league night and maybe one other day in the week. I feel though that to maintain my current level, probably a B player, two or three days out of the week for maybe 3-5 hours each session is adequate. As we all know though getting better requires a bigger commitment. Recently, I started playing in open tourny's, err I should say just watching them because I get my butt handed to me, but I feel those are even better for keeping you in stroke.
I'm still just learning but if I don't practice 15+ hours a week I don't feel like I am in stroke. If I am not in stroke I don't think I can get any better so I try to practice.
