Hi everyone,
I'm looking at this 8' Oak Santa Ana Olhausen that is listed at $1700. It comes w/ 4 cues, leather cover, bridge, wall mount for cues, 8/9 ball rack, brush, balls, and kelly style light (3-bulb). It's about 10 years old and has hardly been played on according to owner. The cost for dissasemble/deliver/reassemble will be $245. What do you think I should pay for the table. (and no gold crown or diamond comments!:p)
Thanks

I think in my own little world I would have already bought and your thread would say look at my new table!!!!

I'd say you'd better be careful posting things you find unless you've already papid. I got screwed outta buying a $350 McDermott cue for only $40 because I asked a similar question on this forum.... Buy it for $1700 before someone else offers $1750.

Yeah, you might try to lowball him/her a little just to test the waters, but 1700 plus setup sounds good to me.

Tell the owner to throw in the hammock and you have a deal.

that's probably a fair price, could get it for 1600 I bet. Those tables are not demanding much dough right now, especially if this guy is moving out or needs it removed soon. Remember, he's only got so long to get it out and it will cost him several hundred dollars to move it / store it, etc. Table movers will buy the table from him but they will give him 500 bucks max.

I'd say offer 1500.

but what i'd really say is get a Diamond Pro Am ;)
