I have been watching the break video Shane made for The Action Report over a year ago.

He says he spends about 20 hours a week practicing that but he's also a very accomplished player who I am guessing doesn't have to spend as much time on other practice drills as lesser players. For example, most of my practice time is still devoted to building basic fundamentals which I am guessing he doesn't have to work on as much at all.
My question is how much time do you spend on the break (per week or whatever) and how has that changed as your skill level changed?
