How often & how long do you play?

Lately my work schedule as been way too busy so I haven't had much time to play.

Before that happened, I would play from around noon to 5 or so on my off days (3-4 days a week). I can sure tell a difference in my game now that I don't get to play as often. Not near as consistent as I used to be.
 
20+ hours, 5-6 days a week. I try to split my time between 9' and 7' tables, as well as 8b and 9b.

I probably spend 50% of my time practicing (drills, break, kicking, specific shots, etc...) and 50% shooting racks / playing games.

Not enough that is for sure.

And too add I need to get in the box with monsters more often

It is like that line from the movie Bloodsport. very good but brick no hit back.

I have been playing 4 days a week 4-6 hours at a time.Trying to learn how to play one pocket.Getting better,But still making judgement errors and selling out a few balls during middle game.

Saturday Weekly Double Elim tourney... and about an hour of practice before the tourney.

Sunday Usually rest day but sometimes I hit balls.
