How the hell could Predator have such crappy customer service they cant give any information to their retailers or to their own customer support representatives on when they would have THEIR OWN products available...
I could not imagine one of my customers calling to find out a time window their project might start and our reply is "well shit have no idea". I would expect their confidence level of my company would take a downturn..
