How to clean a linen wrap?

I am looking for suggestions on how to clean the linen wrap on my cue. The issue is that it reeks like smoke and that smell transfers to my hand. This isn't very noticeable when I am at the bar, however, when I am practicing at home it's just gross. I try to play mostly at smoke-free bars but that isn't always possible.

Every action you could choose to clean it will result in something else will happen to it, Best bet, Have a qualified person work on it.

Jacob, I appreciate your offer but I really am just trying to find out if there is a way to clean it myself. It's not a big enough problem for me to take it to a repairman.
