How to give Green/red rep

Hi all

this is a silly question, can anybody teach me how to give other member Green/Red Rep. Thanks anyway

Sure, it's easy. At the bottom of the person's username, below the avatar and info, there are 2 buttons. The one with the blue bar in it is for rep ( both positive and negative). Click it on, click the rep you want to give and you can also leave a comment. For green rep hit "approve" and for red rep hit "disapprove". The other button with the red bar is not for red rep but is used for something entirely different, to report a post to the mods.

Like you said the red button is not for red repping.
It is for reporting a bad or offensive post to the Mods.
For those using the old style skin (vb3) the buttons are in the upper right of the post.
The blue button is for repping good or bad.
