How to remove a G10 pin?

Can I heat up the pin or would it be better to cut it and drill it out?

Cut the pin off as close as possible, center drill and I use a 3/8 carbide end mill.

If you heat it, you'll end up with an ugly goo.
Face off, drill , bore or mill.
Then re-plug that hole.
