how to store a Gold Crown?

Hello all, I will be picking up a used Gold Crown 3 here in a bit, but am not quite ready to install it.

Is there anything I should know about storing it? Can I keep it in a garage? Should the slates be kept horizontal, or is vertical OK?

I hope it wont be more than a couple few weeks to get the room ready, but things tend to take more time than expected.

Vertical is the best way to store slates and away from the doors for that is were you get the most tempeture change plus more moisture.

Make sure you dont have the rails stored with something on them or strapped together you can make dents the rubber that are hard to get out. I usually slide my rails under a bed so i dont nock them over or trip on them were I store the rest of my tables.
