I want to roll it with no side spin, but I'm afraid of the scratch in the opposite corner - so I'd roll it at medium speed with a touch of right. At that cut angle the right side spin might actually reduce throw.
Actually, I was misled by the small pic - when I enlarge it I see that the 8-ball's closer to midtable, which puts the CB's path close to the top right corner pocket. So I might roll it with no side spin to go two rails out of the top right corner toward the middle of the opposite end rail.

Looks to me there is no scratch
rolling ball medium speed
why do you ask how to hit it?
what are your concerns?
edit
i set the shot up on the table and it looks aittle more scratchy
low left medium speed

the tangent line takes the cue ball one diamond short of the corner so I'd make sure I didn't pick up any roll, I'd drag or draw the shot. Maybe a little outside English.

If I was playing for cash, this is correct :"Low left Draw, med speed".
But if I was playing to impress the ladies, I'd bank it 3-rails into the upper side pocket.

I like the cut of your jib. If the rails are reasonably lively a very crisp hit with a half tip of low right might stiff it back for a 6 railer in the top left corner.

This is how most of us hit the shot. Center ball stun works as well, but it can throw a lot, and most rotation players are so used to the low outside draw that it is our most comfortable way to play it.

I guess that is the correct answer though: Whatever is most comfortable for you that doesn't send the cue ball into a pocket.

after setting the shot up on a table
it looks more like a scratch is possible so low left medium speed for me

doesnt it sit best for a 4 railer to the same pocket as the op wants to shoot it

Looking at it again low left puts the cue ball on the short rail so if you dog it at least the cue ball is in a bad spot for the next shooter.
Pretty easy shot though, shouldn't dog it.
