Huff Cues contact

You've already stated that you sent a cue, that it had a tracking number, and it was lost. How is that your customers fault? Pay him the insurance money and get on with it.
 
And regardless of what's been done or said, the cue still isn't here.
You said in an e mail that the post office has it and you'd pick it up and send it over a month ago.
September 29th to be exact.
So what happened this time?
 
edwards....i have EVERY right to send you a pm...it was to make sure that you saw this info...since you want to throw around accusations towards someone when you had no idea what was going on..i didnt reply for a couple weeks because UNLIKE you i have a life and i dont get on the computer every day!! i have relatives down south that lost their home in katrina and i have been out of town trying to help them get their lives back in order...goodbye!!
by the way that tracking number WAS SENT to mr smith before!!

READ THE EMAIL!!! just as it states on the 29th that i would have them by end of NEXT WEEK>>.that is exaclty what i told you because that was the info i got!! and as i told you in the email i sent to you that they were picked up then and as soon as i get back home they will be sent to you this week!!! i never said they were being sent the 29th!! i think you need to look at a calendar more often!! just like you LIED about sending me the cue in oct 2004!! funny thing is i never knew who you were until dec 2004 when i FIRST emailed me about info on a cue...the cues were sent to me JAN 2005!! just like you LIED about me saying they were lost, found, and lost again??? YOU were NEVER told that and we both know it!! i have went out of my way to make this right even doing things that normally would have never happened, most any other time all you would have gotten was a measly amount from the ins but instead i refused that and fought to try and have you cue found!! then i get the thanks of slandering my name and telling LIES about the info...but i do have ALL the emails saved for my records. you also LIED about me never returning emails but again i have copies that you have been kept posted the whole time!! so thats it!! i am tired of trying to be nice about this whole deal..when i get home the cue will be sent!! then i expect to see this retraction you said you would post or was that a LIE too??? and i suggest that you tell the truth about the deal here on az so that people will see the whole truth and not lies that have been posted!!! if not i will pursue other remedies to the situation!!!

The bottom line is, I've NEVER EVER recieved a tracking number.
NEVER EVER!!!!!!!!!!
When I sent the cues, I included a return postage label that was PAID for.
That included insurance.
It was in the box with the cues.

I've tried civil e mails and they haven't worked either.
I sent one a few days ago, kindly asking if we could stop this stupid bickering.
Just send the cues back and we'll be done with this nonsense.
I got no response.


I had no other choice but to make initial contact with the Virginia Better Business Bureau.
Now I'm waiting to see if Huffcues is actually a business with a Va. state sales and use tax ID number.
In the meantime, I'm getting everything together for civil litigation should that become necessary.

Hey folks, my hands are tied on this one.
I've exhausted all other methods of resolution.

This is how it's been since the very beginning.
He won't even e mail me with the insurance, tracking or any postal information.

These cues mean the world to me and I'm beginning to think he may have sold them on eBay or something and I'll never see them again.
Either way, whether I go through the BBB, FTC or the legal system, I will get satisfaction.

Mr. Huff may have had to do more repairs to the cue, thats what it sounds like to me, Id say they found the cue, and when he got it back it was damaged and he is stalling to get the cue finished, thats what I think, Im sure everything will turn out just fine, I would however give the Man time to get your cue back, from what Ive read he seems to be making effort in every case, actualy I believe his good nature has bit him in the butt...

just an opinion, I dont know anyone concerning these matters, my intuition or gut feeling tells me he isnt trying to F*** you.

2wld4u: Are you completely insane? For future reference, I recommend you never trust your "intuition or gut feeling". I also recommend you read the other threads by other people that got ripped off by this assclown.

after reading more into Huff cues (thanks for the link) I will have to agree with the majority and say YES its likely he isnt a good person to deal with.


I wont seek services or buy any Huff cues, even if this guy has or had good intensions it seems the buyer always ends up loosing... that is not good for business...

I have to tell you guys that I am pretty sure that I am out $320 U.S. I purchased a predator 4K1 off of David Huff through ebay on Dec. 12 and my money order was picked up on the 20th and thats the last I've heard of him. It's pretty sad when there is another man out there spending my hard earned money and doesn't even have the decency to email you and tell you that the cue that I paid for isn't coming. Not only that but he charged me extra to ship the cue to Canada and I also paid $25 for a pair of joint protectors. Mr. Huff I hope there is some misunderstanding and you are not recieving my emails or there is a reason for the delay because I just can't believe that someone would do something like this. Al

Call the local athorities where he lives.. they will go get your cue... it is Stolen property if you paid for it!

Mr Huff, there are many people out there who would love to get a piece of you...a few who even know your whereabouts.

It's a matter of time until one or more of them seeks compensation in a non judicial manner. If they do and use this forum as evidence the odds of them being convicted will be diminished. Even worse, for you, they may be sentenced to jail time along with you...which would allow them additional time to explain their disagreement with your sales tactics.

Mr Huff, do us all a favor and do the right thing while you still can. We know you cruise this forum. We know you are aware of what you did. We know you have their money and/or property.

We all know that Americans are forgiving souls when someone genuinely displays remorse and tries to right their wrongs. We all also know that Americans have never been much on tolerating thieves.

Come on Mr Huff...DO THE RIGHT THING!

I will give him a few days to come clean then I will have to do something, just a simple email from him would help a lot, I just wish I would have seen this post on here before I sent the money order:(

I would wait approx 1 month from the time the money order was received. I know that sounds like a long time (well it is a long time) but there could be back ups in shipping due to the holidays. Plus at 1 full month it is pretty much without a doubt that he is trying to **** you over like he has done these other people. Then you have more then enough reason to go to the authorities.

Plus within that month he may see your posts here and decide to send you your merchandise, but there is still no excuse for not answering your emails, especially when he accepted the MO.

This guy is a scum and scam artist... his history has been wriiten 2+ years ago when he was scamming the guys on EPT >>

Call the authorities now or contact the local chapter of the Outlaws Motorcycle club, they have worked miracles for me with my business.. of course a donation helps !!!
 
get the REAL story!!

i have just gotten on here and saw alot of BS about me!! i am david huff of VA. i did sell some cues on ebay and anyone who bought from me and paid got their items. the ONLY exceptions are a few that i had sold lately. i had a "friend" who was in need of soem help financially. so i helped him set up and account and told him that if he wanted to help sell some cues on ebay i would supply them and he could make some extra cash. sounds fine huh??? well as usual this "friend" got greedy. he had stolen some cues from me as well as some money. needless to say i am taking legal action on him. i have emailed the buyers of the items that were sold and asked them to help me by telling me when and how they sent payment and if they did indeed get their cue or not. i have told them all that if they did not get the cue and payment was received (even if I didnt get it but it was takend by my frined) that they will either get a refund or the item. BUT i do need the info so i can take care fo these people and also help me with the charges against this thief. i also found out that he had tried to use my info to set up other ebay accounts and have money sent directly to him. so PLEASE anyone that needs to email me the info , send it to huffcues@yahoo.com so i can take care of this stuff. thanks
