Humidity. How do you adjust?

What does humidity do and how do you adjust?

Humidity makes cloth slower, rails bank shorter, and balls cling together more for starters. Johnnyt

Cloth is slower, rails are faster. English takes different off wet rails. Banks are shorter.
Best way to adj is to go to center ball for as many shots as you can, then slowly work outward a half tip at a time to see how the cue ball responds.
Pockets will play tighter because the rails have more kick to them.
