If the answer is to protect customers from ordering items that are out of stock or during major events like derby when people KNOW that there will be a delay!

Then by all means!

Given the OBVIOUS situations that "NO" business is immune to. It is" Fair" to bash businesses for the things that are obviously beyond their control!

You ask for my logic and rationale on this topic and I must say I was shocked by your post!

Given that no one has expressed a concern for consumers and that only leaves one other motivation for the post and comments!

You the readers decided and deduce what that motivation could only be!!!!

Are you saying that what PocketSpeed11 said didn't happen? If it didn't, I get that he shouldn't been saying that.

But if it did, he has every right to talk about his experience, and his intentions of not buying again. Screaming fire in a crowd when there is actually a fire is aceptable.

He didn't try to convince others to do the same (again, he even said "personaly i wont buy again", not "hey folks don't buy from them!"), he just expressed his own opinion based on his actual experience, and he has every right to do so. You on the other hand have every right to read his story and either agree with him or not. But to suggest that he has no right to say his opinion, or to acuse him of slander is rediculous. He has every right to say his story. He had an experience and he is sharing it.

But, we have ever right to call it a pot shot due to the omitted gift accident!

The poster assumed it was not sent out of being cheap! Thus, the pot shot got fired!

Tony's girl 👧 goes to the events with him and helps the business. So, when I explain how the" gift" could be omitted by accident and very logically!

Then all the back pedalling and grand standing to make it "justified" when people are seeing it as a pot shot!!!

Someone says something in defense of hustlin USA and the response is to attack them and defend the speech and pot shot.

Reread what you wrote and said! My interpretation is not isolated to just me! I am not the only one that got the negative impression of hustlin USA from your post!

I was not upset at all about the delay because of the tournaments 2 or 3 years ago. I only added that in there to make the fact I didn't contact Hustlin until after 30 days this last time understandable. Most people wouldn't wait 30 days to contact a company after not receiving what they ordered through priority shipping.
 
I have had Hustlin gear for a few years now. The brand is great! They make some cool product. I think people get offended way to easy these days. I personally do not like a lot of shirts that are made for pool. Hustlin gear is a nice looking product and I will keep wearing it.
 
Why can't we just respectfully disagree...

This is a forum to express yourself and share opinions, is it not?
