He cut 2 layers off I think Talisman tip and then capped it with a 20 year old hard LePro.
I tried it out and it felt pretty good.
Doug is a pretty smart guy and is always tinkering with tips, ferrules and cues.
I think one of these days he will hit on something new and unique.
