I am interested what is coming up from this channel..

Here's the inventor's summary that I edited. This is Phase One with more hopefully to come:

Regarding the accuracy and reproducibility of the aim, I don't think the results can be called perfect.

It didn't go perfect presumably a possible problem with the accuracy of this machine, or other than the machine-like tools and conditions of the equipment.

The other big problem is the lack of cue speed.

So the draw shots are not strong enough. The demonstration is the maximum draw as of now.

The machine is not powerful enough to verify the break shots.

I would improve it soon, but it is imperative to make the the motor and the the main body frame bigger.

Now the Genesis part is over.

I would keep on posting various verification videos to provide information useful in actual games on this channel.

If interested, please subscribe to the channel and a high rating would be appreciated.

Wow, someone can do actual scientific testing, instead of claiming their own stroke is perfect and reproducible every time. Imagine that.

I wonder if the author is aware of the previous cue-moving machines like Predator's Iron Willie and Bob Meucci's Myth Destroyer. This new machine is a huge improvement for programmability but the repeatability is comparable. A large problem with Iron Willie 1 was the grip. I wonder if the new machine has that right.

Did Iron Willie and Myth Destroyer hit with the entire cue, or just the shaft? Looks like this new machine is still a work in progress.

Iron Willie hit with the whole cue as does the current machine. I don't remember exactly about the Myth Destroyer, which I only saw briefly in 1998. I think it mounted the whole cue.

Your draw shots would suck then :D:D
Yeah bummer. That spiral drive's a liability. A better cage and pulleys would make a banger out of that contraption.

Was going to post some aircraft carrier examples but looky looky, they have magnet propulsion now. Wheeee!!

Interesting video about collision induced throw. Mainly confirming known science but couple small details that i thought was true but i wasn't sure.
I hope he start doing deflection videos soon...

In the end are conclusions and charts if you don't want to watch whole video.
