Race to 5 in 8 ball, I was up 3-1 and my opponent played a nasty safety. I am solids and was able to run out.

By the look of the slim pathways to your ball i would say you jump it off the end rail over his ball. No matter how you made it,,,,nice shot..
 
You got it 8pack, jumped his ball off the rail. Then caromed the 5 into the same pocket for the easy 8 into the opposite pocket. I could not believe the shot went but at the perfect speed as well. It made my day :) :thumbup:
 
EDIT: Nevermind, I was seeing an early draft of the layout that didn't have the CB behind the stripe.

Very nice out. That's the kind of out that can really frustrate your opponent. He/she probably thought for sure you were dead to rights, and not only do you not give up ball in hand, but you run out to boot. Well done indeed.

Oh hell no Jay, he's still got action. I'll take the 5, the breaks, 4 on-the-wire (race to 7), and we play on my home table. He can name his price ;)!!!
