I bought an older model Cuetec Starlight 6 prong (BLUE) for 35$. And a Cuetec Thunder Bolt for 10$ the shaft is broke but i shall make another one for it soon without the graphite center though of course.....
I bought 2 new cues today....

well the thunderbolt as well as te python shaft is the same, a graphite center about the size of a pencil extending the length of the shaft......as for the vortex is has an X extending the entire length of the shaft.....NEITHER one has the fiberglass finish on them.......does than answer your question?
