I bought a .750 gun drill

Kim, a question for you in which the answer is probably obvious but I would like to hear your take on it.

With a long drill like that, obviously it will fit on the Deluxe.

Doing a one piece core. Chuck it up and go half way thru and turn it around and drill from the other side?

I do usually do just that. In 28 inches there is a little runoff. Not much but there is still some. Drilling from both ends does make sure it is a little straighter...
