I don't know about you....

(almost always) the purchase price paid (for nearly any investment/collectible) has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH IT'S CURRENT OR FUTURE VALUE. NOTHING! (Just look at the current real estate market).

If it did, no one would ever lose a dime. Would be nice though, wouldn't it...

You are something special. Your closeness to what? How the hell do you know what I've seen? I may be in NYC now for all you know about it. I've checked out Richards cues closely and choose him to work on mine. You're correct, this isn't about his work.
It's about your lack of respect for other's opinions. You speak only for yourself, and poorly. Snarky crap is no substitute for
intelligent discourse, look it up. So wander back into the wilderness of your imagination where you are the arbiter of value.

WHO SAID THERE WAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF RJH'S WORK? HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT CUES JOE, OR EVEN I HAVE OWNED/HAD IN OUR HANDS? I'VE HAD SEVERAL, AND I'M SURE JOE HAS HAD OR SEEN MORE THAN I HAVE. HE DOES QUALITY WORK, BUT HAVING HIM MOD A SW CUE CERTAINLY DOESN'T DOUBLE THE VALUE OF THE CUE. I'D BET, THAT EVEN IF HE HAD ADDED AN IVORY HANDLE, THAT IT WOULDN'T DOUBLE THE VALUE OF A SW.

NOTHING WAS SAID THAT RJH DOESN'T DO QUALITY WORK, IT WAS JUST STATED THAT IT MADE NO SENSE THAT HIM WORKING ON A CUE SHOULD DOUBLE IT'S VALUE.

P.S. JUST SO YOU KNOW, THE THREAD WASN'T DIRECTED SOLELY AT YOUR THREAD. JOE AND I SPOKE ABOUT SEVERAL EXAMPLES OF THIS IN THE RECENT PAST, AND HE CHOSE TO START A THREAD ABOUT IT. YOU CAN ASK WHATEVER YOU WANT FOR YOUR CUES. WHO CARES WHAT ANYONE ELSE THINKS?
