i dont know if this is a steal or not but seems cheap for an Anniversary model-on CL

a steal would be like $500. Price varies from table to table and depends on restoration plus any possible work like subrail extensions.
A dealer would sell a restored one for around 8k-10k. Unrestored, i would say it seems like 3k-5k depending of course on condition.
I will say that a lot of people consider those tables to be better than gold crowns, so if you are in need of a nice 9' table, then jump on it.
I would not call it a steal, but a very good deal in today's market.
