Me too. I hate purpleheart. I asked Rick Howard to build me a sneaky pete and trust me this is so nice it isn't sneaky.

Plays just like all of Rick Howard cues...INCREDIBLE!

The Curly Purpleheart I am waiting on from JoeyInCali is just a beautiful piece I saw over at Joey's when it was just a board. Decided on the spot I wanted a cue from this board that would show off the wood and then we decided to have matching chain link rings at ABCDE. To me Purpleheart hits great but then again all of Joeys cues hit great. I have hit with many of his cues. I currently have one of his Bubinga's and have a Brazillian Rosewood on order as well as the Purpleheart. He has gorgeous woods and I am a firm believer that you can't have too much of a good thing.
