The thread you refer to suggested that you contact Prather. Is this the case? I would doubt that Prather would screw you over. I have never seen that e-mail address befor.

this is only about 250$usd..not BIG but its not LITTLE money too.

the problem is : i have a waiting customer who order a custom cue from me and..i need really need that RING!..and that veneer..

i have cancelled some business because of this thing.

I requested your mailing address awhile back, never received it. No shipment was made for that reason. If you send me your current mailing address , they WILL be sent to you.
