The Monarch was one of the Brunswick Corporation's earliest offerings. The original 1870's table had a base of cast iron lions, painted black, with prominent features highlighted in Gold Leaf. This replica is true to the original, with cast iron lions and, at the customer's request, 24 carat gold plate.

I like the Yellowstone custom and could consider placing legs similar to that on my GC III. It would fit with the style of my house which is a post and beam construction made from old houses and rough sawn lumber.
