They also make great javelin's, and can be sharpened into lances for spear fights and hunting purposes. Kind of a multi purpose cue.

It is multi purpose as Jay so rightfully pointed out. They do not rust and therefore make good ocean fishing poles. The shafts work well for ice and spear fishing.
