I need help...

I'm gussing I maybe missing some sort of upgrade or a program. One day, I can't view anyone's avitar and most importantly, I cant see the Quick Reply Icon!!! I can't reply to any post. Can anyone help me and let me know what I am missing?

I think its your firewall just right click on the firewall icon at the bottom right of your screen and shut it down.That should take care of it . Good Luck and happy Holidays
