I need your opininion

tap, tap, tap! It always amazes me that poolplayers do not expect the tournament director/tour operator to be paid for the work that they do. I know of no other business (that is not a charity) where people expect the person in charge to make no $$$ for their efforts. The AMOUNT paid to the person in charge, imo, should be public information. That way players can choose to play or not play, based on full disclosure. Unless I was deliberately trying to "cheat" the players, I don't see a reason not to disclose what all costs are (at least those that are coming out of the pockets of the players).

Be sure to consider all the pieces:

Entry Fees + Money Added = Prize Money (to the players) + Greens' Fees (to the room owner) + Administrative Fees (to the Director)

The Administrative Fees may include an amount for the Director's out-of-pocket expenses in running the tour plus an amount to pay him for his work.
