i just ran a raffle here and when spots are all filled,i mistakenly announced the wrong winner.I was so glad there were couple guys who verified the deserving winner so on the same day i have to re-announced the winner again.This time it was the deservng winner.Aftewards,i sent the first guy,the wrong winner,a PM telling him i was mistakenly announced him as a winner and i apologize for it.I think up to now the guy was still pissed and i understand.But sending me a negative i-trader i guess is a wrong move of him.He said i can't organize a raffle.As i understand,i-trader rating is only used when you sold or bought stuff.if you paid it or made sure you shipped it then you get positive i-trader.if you didn't pay or didn't shipped it the you get a negative rate.To make my statement short,the guy can't give me a negative i-trader for making mistake of announcing him as the raffle winner.

As Bob wrote, it might be ethically wrong. But he was involved in a transaction with you, so he can leave iTrader.

i just found out the reason why the guy gave me a negative i-trader.when i announced him as a winner,i PM'd him right away.I found out he is from overseas so i told him my raffle is only for US and Canada only.But on the other hand,i tried to work it out on how am i going to ship it to him.unfortunately he was not the real winner.so he thought i announced a new winner because i found out that he is from overseas.i didn't even do the draw.there was a video that proving he was not the winner.
