I like to see some very expensive Mottey's cue if anyone like to share out there.

I saw a thread on James White and I was very impressed.

Hope there are lots of people with proud ownership of Fancy Mottey.

Thanks

John

John

If you haven't already found his website, its motteycues.com

Yea....been to his site...and his shop too. Just could not find any pics on his fancy work....he did not have many pictures of his work in his shop neither.

Beautiful cues there cueaddics.

Go to the Mottey Cues site, and got to the 2 Gallery sections, I and II. You will find a whole bunch of his greatest cues ever made, both the scrimshawed ones (Gallery II) and fancy inlay ones (Gallery I). A great website. Will

This is my unchalked/unplayed Mottey cue that Paul built for me in 2004. It’s one of my favorite designs.

Sorry about the error in the sig, I sold the Mottey that I played with (see the pictures) and I now play with a Bob Runde cue and I forgot to change my AZ sig.

Can someone get me a towel? I'm drooling over here. Beautiful cues. Maybe one day I'll come up with the coins to get one. Chris, I love that one you have. I drool every time I see your new case thread. Anyone take the layaway plan? :D

I have taken a liking to those red and natural veneers as well, and my ebony into maple John Davis full splice blank is coming soon with that exact veneer combo. Can't wait.

What makes you think Mottey when you see one across the room?

The flawless lizard...

The star ring...

The crisp veneer work...

His 8 point, hi lo.. especially with recuts...

There are certain cues you can pick out on sight.. Mottey is definately one of them.
