Id based on joint?

Probably another cheapo cue.

No markings but the joint perhaps may distinguish it.

Sorry. Definitely NOT Gandy.

I have both the Gandy version of that design and the Rich version of that design.

That is a Rich cue.

We have Identified this cue model numerous times here. It has been called the "Starfire Jet".
