ID this cue?

There is one for sale on Ebay right now. I have been watching it but....no spare cash so I am not bidding. Yes...low end cues can be fun for me. If for nothing else but the amusement of the research.

It was suggested earlier that Stamboulini sold some cues like this. Perhaps one of these is a Stamboulini. But so far none of them look like it.

I think Crystal Leisure sold some of these under their name......not sure though....the ones with the mushroom bumper kind of like an old, eighties, Adam.
