I have no clue what this is... Can't even hazard a guess, but the joint is unique enough I am betting there's a few people around here that likely know what it is.

Until I saw the last pic I'd never seen the "Pool" or "Paul" writing on the shafts before.







 
So we have a verdict, Schuler.

As such any ideas on value? I'd say its a 5 or 6 out of 10 in condition to me. Certainly playable, but also well loved and certainly not pristine.
 
It's an old one, one of Ray's.....imo should be a pretty solid $450-500, if things are good and straight.
 
That's an old one. It seems to me he was tapering off of using that collar on the fancier cues in the early 90s.
