Identify this lathe!

Here's an ad for a unique lathe on craigslist. Looks like its missing a tool post, and a few other things. Has anyone seen this type of lathe? The number on the ad is incorrect, so I'm waiting on an email reply back from the guy. I thought I'd share in the mean time. Thanks!

Interesting. There were many lathe makers in the UK .... not sure what kind this is but it looks to be a production unit with those lever feeds.

ad says he is a prototype machinist, so I would guess it's a 1 off machine. May be useful for making ring billets or cutting joint protectors.
 

It is a second op lathe almost for sure. danieldakota53v, as implied in another post, there are many many many English lathe builders. Remember they practically invented the screw cutting lathe and were in large part responsible for the industrial revolution.
