If you could, or had a chance to order a Case with your Name, or Nick Name would you do in now, in the future, or wish you had the last time your ordered a Case.

As several Casemaker offer you this option for a few bucks.

Name

I would have my name put on it. The case I carry now has a silver and Turquoise cross on it. I like to be able to identify my stuff if it comes up missing.

I've had a Whitten with a nameplate on it and my Murnak has my initials.

One of the best decisions i ever made was in 1987 when i had Jay Flowers make a 2X4 with my name on it.:)

It sure cuts down on theft! Me with my Talisman - lighting is bad - it says, Linda "Wonder Woman" Carter

Getting a 3x5 with the same embossing. My husband's is going to say 'Z-MAN'.

Well I am considering a New Case in a Week or Two. Thought it would be a Good Question. Still thinking of what Color, and other Extra I want, and what is Really Necessary....

Reason I am not Rich, or Famous, and always think RESALE, but the Security angle is a good thought. Even though were I play we have few things walkout.

Almost ZERO Thefts from our Pool room except Rolls Toilet Paper from the Heads.

I been thinking about burnishing my name down the back of my case myself. It is a Talisman Tribal. Anyone ever done it themselves???

This is my case. I'm happy with it. It's a 3X5.

Shorty find some one who works in Leather like a Saddle Shop, and have them Recommend someone in you are who work in leather and Can Carve your Name, Initials, or Handle in your Case. If they work with a Swivel knife, they can pull off the Job like it was there from Day One.

Or sell you old Tribal, and order a New 3 x 5, or 2 x 4 from Tony with what you want Carved in it?:o

If I sell it, I am gonna go with Jack Justis. His new ones are 1 pound lighter than mine even...and that would really help me out.

It is something to consider...I am still in debate.

I'm thinking that any customized case I get in the future will have my name on it if I can get it carved or etched into the leather.

I don't have a good clue as to what Omega, Whitten, or Ron Thomas do/can do.

Yes

I definitely would either get my initials, SEF, on it,
or get, SNAPSHOT, put on it (too many Scott the Shots
around, I think).

Something I do for my cases is to go to Wal-mart where
they have a identification tag machine, and for $5, I put
my information on the tag, and get it to put on my case.
I usually get the tag that looks like an American Flag, which
is kind of neat, I think.

Locally you're case might not need to be distinctive, but when
you go somewhere to play in a tournament or go hustling
somewhere out of town, it is needed and a safety precaution.

Zeeder COMPARE you Whitten to your Murnak. Pros, and Cons... PLEASE..

Both are great cases. I think the pockets in the Murnak are better than the Whitten, although the Whitten pockets do open up pretty wide. I like that the Murnak actually seals and puts a bit of pressure on the jps of my cues so they don't move as much. With the Whitten the cues move back and forth really easily and that always worried me a bit, especially moving from an Instroke where they don't move at all. The Murnak seems to hvae much thicker leather and I think will wear much better than the Whitten. That being said I took very good care of the Whitten and it had few, if any, scuff marks. The Whitten shoulder strap is really nice but I also like the backpack potential of the Murnak. If you have any other specific questions feel free to ask.
