if you could....

Bill Schick - again, nuff said

Although I am perfectly content knowing that I will own two Webb cues, if I were ever to come into a LOT of play money, these would be the two cues I would pursue.

Well, Bill Schick already made me the cue I use today, but I would have him make me another no doubt about it. :D The only other maker I would consider is Barry Szamboti. I used to own one his dad (Gus) made, and I would like to think the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.;)

Murray Tucker
Tim Scruggs

Not limited to two I'd add these to my fantasy list.
Joel Hereck, James White, Bill Schick, Mike Webb, Eric Crisp (on order),and Kersenbrock (sp)

i personally want a Barry Szamboti.. not just any barry either.. i would love to have one made for me.. that would be amazing... after meeting barry a couple of years ago at Valley Forge, everytime i see him there since in passing he says hello to me.. and calls me by name.. i met barry through a friend and only talked with him for maybe 45 minutes and i realized what a great guy he really is..and to remember by name..just shows that.. i know alot of people would like to have one of his cues because they can resell it.. i would be happy with one that had my name in HUGE letters down the forearm.. and would be thrilled to shoot with it.. knowing Barry Szam made it for me...

Barry--> if your reading this.. i was only joking about having my name in huge letters on the forearm! :)

Duke I would want a players cue and a Rage cue.I hear they play jam up and hit like a train!!!!:D

1) Searing-Never played with one, but have heard nothing but great comments. I also like the way they look, and most of all, will still be worth something 20 years from now.

2) The Gina that Dakota has up on Ebay. Have never personally liked the looks of Gina cues mostly because they can be spotted from way across the room, and still be recognized as a Gina. Playability? I've actually heard they're difficult to handle. But the one on Ebay is probably one of the finest looking simple and tasteful cues I've ever set my eyes on. Definitely divorce worthy material!!!!

For collection purposes the Southwests that Jerry Franklin made himself are very nice. For playing purposes James White and Paul Motteys my choices.

Which ones would do you believe those are? South West was called South West instead of "Franklin Cues" because there wasn't just one person making the cues. And there were hundreds of cues in the "Franklin-era" that Jerry never laid a hand on.

I know that the ones that were made while he was still alive are worth alot more than the ones today. A good friend on mine had one and it was stolen about 5 yr ago.....it would be worth a huge amount today. Sux b/c the clown we think stole it, didnt even know what it was really worth. Just needed some quick cash for his crack habit.

Awesome choices Don.

Fiberglass and/or shoddy, whippy cues are the way to go :D

Hey, at least when you can't run 3 fookin balls you'll have something to blame it on.

if you could have 1 or maybe 2 cues by ANY cuemaker, who would it be and why? I have recently added a cuemaker to my SHORT list, and would like to know your thoughts. anyways, you all know my first pick...and I recently added Mike Stacey to that SHORT list. yeah, I know...I've given two, but can't decide which one's cue to use really...each works better on one table than another for me. for example...my new (used) Mike Stacey will primarily be used in a bar setting cause of the english it gets, even on a slow bar box. my other cues (no need to name them) will be used primarily on 9 foot tables due to the great feedback and stability while using them on one, not to mention my fear of having them lost or stolen. so, whats your pick and why?

So wait. You mean to say that out of every cuemaker out there who makes beautiful, top notch, incredible playing cues, your pipcks would be Bob Dzuricky (sp?) and Micky Stacy?!?!?!?! All I can say is.... wow. (And not in a good way).
