A little better. The shaft had some deep gouges all over too.
Two big ones just under the ferrule. I might have to steam them let sit overnight before sanding across.
Hi Neil, I won't be at the Expo. But, you can ship that Techno Isel anytime.

I agree 1,000%. What can be more mundane than building cues? Once you have your techniques down it is completely boring. Every repair is a new challenge and the outcome is so rewarding. I say, Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breath free and include all of your repair work thank you.

i did repairs for a long time before i builded cues. hate is such a strong word. its not the repairs ness its the people more. i cant play two consecutive racks without answering questions. i generally dont mind but sometimes it gets annoying. i could put together cues all day long.

I will need collets for my lathe ( 2,5 inches long) and I dont have time for built this parts. Any cuemaker sell collets here?
