straight-pool lover
Hi there you straight-pool lovers,
I'm new in AZ and would like to thank all of you who post in the 14-1 Forum. It helped me a lot to stay at the table and find my way back to where I once was.
To introduce myself: I'm adicted to pool and espacially straight-pool for about 40 (fourty) years and have been playing ever since. my High-runs are 144 in practice and 94 in Tournament, but this was decades ago.
Running into AZ and finding so many hints and videos raised my hunger to run a 100+ again... With 15 runs above 70 in 2010 it seems close but still a way to go. I'll keep you informed.

I sometimes miss, I even missed a "l" in my Username, I think I'll have to live with it.

So thanks again for sharing so many hints, tipps and videos.
keep on shooting, Wolfgang

Welcome aboard.

I look forward to reading your posts and about your progresss along the road back to the land of 100s

if you have any videos of yourself shooting, feel free to share them.

nep, no Vid's so far, but i plan to buy a camera and set it up when ever I play. Sort of tricky in a public pool hall but I think I can manage.

Welcomv to my world. I tote around the camera and tripod and set it up on one of the sitting tables.

After the room I goto renovates I am gonna ask them if they can mount a camera bracket for me to make things easier.

Maybe one day I will have my own table and I will always have the camera going. It is a great tool to use, to pick up ones flaws and successes !!
