If you like baseball Scott it sounds like the Royals are pretty good making a push for a playoff spot. I can't stand watching baseball on TV, but don't mind hitting a game live. Enjoy your stay in KC.

Rhea in Barnhart MO about 4 hours from KC. Lou in STL also 3.5 hrs away. Scott come one down her when your done.

STL and KCMO are like night and day. In fact, there is actually a little bit of a rivalry there, lol.

er, I'm in St. Louis, some four hours away. BUT went I do visit KC my favorite places include Lidia's at the train station for Italian, Capitol Grille on Jefferson for steaks, and I have to confess that in spite of all the great barbecue joints around there I actually like Houston's ribs at the CC Plaza the best (I know, I know, a chain). Used to go to the Houston's in Georgetown in DC, when it was there, all the time. Part of that is that at a Houston's you get to eat in a nicer atmosphere than the standard paper towels, white bread, and crackers you find in some of the down and dirty barbecue places there. Bon appétit.

PINKLADY...Still here in KC through Monday. Rhea has been located. She's living in another thread about how her "skill level" dropped two speeds. Bruce can surely find her there! LOL. As you read, Lou lives in St. Louis...my next port of call on this trip! Not sure if we'll meet up (although I'd like to), as I'm only in the area to do a lesson, and visit with Mark Wilson & Team USA, at Lindenwood University! Then it's off to Memphis, Nashville, and points south through Alabama. :grin:
