Does anyone make an index setup for a Hightower lathe that will get 3, 4, and 5 points??? Would it require multiple rings or a big ring with 60 holes.

Thanks

Trent,

Assistance and information is always appreciated.

I believe I can make a center for one of those index plates and simply mount it in the rear chuck. The 60 hole will give me an index of 5. I already have 3, 4, 6, 8, and 12 with the 24 hole indexer in the headstock.

Thank you,

Kim

Nice. You might be able to get longer screws, remove one from each chuck jaw and mount it straight to the jaws. If you want it easily removable think about making it out of Hex bar Stock.
