I'm really surprised that JOSS couldn't tell if they used ebony(or not) in this cue. From your pic it looks like it but so does my stained maple Mezz.I think maybe somebody had the same cue, or maybe an old catalogue, who knows?
I want to buy the cue, didn't have a chance to play with it.
Any idea if that cue is a half splice cue?
