That's one of the early Palmer cases which indiates about 1965, so the cue and the case are from the same period.

Le Corporporation was a billiard supply company in Houston owned by a man names Don Siegel. They possibly owned a few family pool rooms as well. They bought a number of Palmers over the years and re-sold them. They used them as their own brand, which is probably why the design was modified from the Model 11.
