info on Great price for B E M

I see they have yet to replace Mark Bear with supplying FS blanks. Might be a good opportunity for someone!

I know better than to not be on here, sold out. I could give ya $95 for your nine, quick profit.:D

They might find someone to fill in but they will never replace Mark!
RIP my friend.

Honestly, it doesn't really look that nice. I assume it is the junk they just need to get rid of and can't sell otherwise...
I don't want to step on anyone's toes but,
it's been my experience that nothing Eric and Boone sell is junk.
This lot might not be as figured as we would like, but it certainly isn't junk.

Looks like a lot of heart/sap mix but even if the figure is marginal this is way cheap at less than $5.00 each for 18" pieces.

I believe Randy meant not as figured.
I just received a good quantity of wood from Bell and it was all good stuff.
I ordered in the past some bem from Bell that was supposed to be high grade and it looked like straight grain maple to me.
Overall Eric and the gang are great to deal with.

"Not as figured as I would like" is an excellent description. IMO, spending 10 bucks a piece more on the best BE you can get is negligible.

I AGREE 100%

But not everyone who buys from Bell makes cues, that $40 worth of BEM
would make a H#ll of a lot of pens or some nice ice cream scoops, even a
matching set of candle stick holders,

Again not trying to step on anyone's toes, just saying in the right hands
(not yours OR mine for our cue making endeavors)
that stuff not a bad buy.

Here's a piece I bought at SBE for $12 from Boone.
No complaints.
