That is a Brunswick Challenger and that is a very good price because it looks to me to be in decent shape. Looks like a fun restoration project to me!

I went and looked at it today and it really has some issues. Someone threw away all the t-rail bolts and replaced them by forcing course threaded ASE bolts into the slate nuts. Some aren't even seated as they seized with the wrong thread pitch. One rail is cracked in half length wise and the pockets are a disaster. The owner believes it is a model called "victory" which may be true as it has different castings and pockets than the challenger. Like a budget version or something. Anyway I think this one has too many issues for me to deal with. Probably could have got it down to $300.
