Hey guys,
I am in need of several patterns made for my pantagraph. It is a 1 to 1 . I have custom designed several patterns am in need of someone to cut the templates for me. Nothing fancy , just delrin or plastic would be fine. My machine has the capability to cut them out, just need the outline of the patterns cut, I can do the pockets myself in my own material once I have the outline.
Any one out there that can help me and do it reasonable? Please feel free to pm me or post here.
Thanx for all your help in advance,
Jim Lee

Jim, when I had a pantograph I made my own templates.

I started with a heavy matt board and cut out the design, glued it to another piece of matt board, then applied thin super glue to harden the cardboard edge.
From those cardboard patterns I cut the final delrin template using the pantograph. That produced the pocket template.
How I made the inlay template is a trade secret.

The problem I had was my pantograph was a 2:1 and the cardboard design needed to start out 4 times its actual size and that limited my designs to 4 inches or less.
