?? Inquiry Joe Marchant cue ??

Hello. I seen a Marchant cue on ebay which reminded me that I have a cue with Marchant on it, but it is a little different from the norm from what I have been able to find. Mine does not have a brass joint or an ivory butt cap. Did he sell his name to a cue manufacturer that made production cues or is my cue a true Joe Marchant? The white rings are not ivory and the butt cap is wood. Any information is appreciated.

Inquiry Joe Marchant cue ??

I used to have a very fancy Marchant Cue.

I believe he was with GM (General Motors) for many years and after retirement began making more cues.

The one I had was made of 20 different woods and it was pretty spectacular.

I have only heard of him a couple of times.
