Jenny, IP isn't streaming regional tour events for free. From what I have heard locally, they charge $500 to stream an event and that money has to come out of the prize pool. Frankly, I think any regional tour would be smart to use that $500 to buy a camera and stream their own events.
As far as the magazine goes, I let my subscription go a couple of years ago. Billiards Digest as well as Pool and Billiard Magazine are both much more reliable.
