I renewed my subscription way back in Feb of this year. And still haven't received a single month yet. Is this company still in business? Does anyone have a contact there?

if you do a search there are lots of threads on this topic,

i have no answers, just seen lots of threads-didnt read them tho

hope it works out

I know that the "videos" section has not changed in a month or more, like where is Alvin?

Like everyone in the print media industry, I would surmise InsidePOOL may be suffering a few financial hiccups. I am sure, however, that they care deeply about the pool industry; otherwise, they would have left and pursued a new endeavor utilizing their expertise.

Both Sally and J.R. are first-class people. I have met them, gotten to know them, and I have only positive things to say about how they have treated me and mine.

It is unfortunate, however, that these threads keep popping up. Nobody wants to pay their hard-earned dollars for a magazine subscription and then not receive it.

Many long-established print newspapers today have closed their doors for good. Some, like the Washington Post, have an online presence. They receive their income from paid advertisements on their website. In the age of digital technology, the percentage of folks who actually subscribe and read a newspaper each morning is diminishing, much like landlines for telephones. Some folks today don't have a landline phone and only use a cellphone. Times are changing.

InsidePOOL has made a move with video coverage and does a good job with it. Maybe we will see an enahced InsidePOOL website with more video coverage and pool news. It might be time to say bye-bye to the print magazine. I can't see it being a money-maker if they don't have the funds needed to keep it afloat.
