No clue, but I remember back in my teens when "Starcraft" was big and youtube was an infant, we had streams that were privately hosted.

At the end of the video they roll some credits and list http://www.istreamplanet.com/ as the streaming company. The URL is still live so it looks like it's still in business. But it's probably not a free service, so that means it's "out" for pool.
